Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET, and Azure to join our dynamic engineering team which owns the Review product. Review uses technology to deliver more efficient, more consistent and higher quality document review in one, flexible experience.


Customers can find the most relevant information at scale, with thoughtfully integrated state-of-the art interface that identifies responsiveness and key issues, pinpoints impactful documents, and provides rich rationale on insights to ensure teams quickly, yet deeply, understand their data.Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities: 


As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Relativity, you will use your expertise in building software projects for Relativity platform. You will contribute and provide technical guidance to a software development team to ship high-quality, performant, secure software that operates on data at a massive scale. 

 

Your Role in Action: 

  • Contribute to a Scrum team throughout all phases of a service lifecycle from conception through design, development, testing, deployment, and ultimately operation.  
  • Architect and design performant, scalable, and secure software to a high degree of quality – not simply focusing on meeting requirements  
  • Object-oriented analysis (OOA), object-oriented design (OOD), and object-oriented programming (OOP) applying SOLID principles and design patterns in a variety of languages such as JavaScript and C#  
  • Contribute and provide technical guidance to a software development team to ship high-quality, performant, secure software that operates on data at a massive scale  
  • Participate in code reviews for projects written by your team  
  • Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing and static analysis and rigorous test strategy development  
  • Improve the software development processes by recommending and driving changes  
  • Identify, document, automate, and engineer processes for repetitive tasks  
  • Contribute to and mature existing, automated deployment/upgrade CICD workflows  
  • Leverage monitoring and observability to proactively identify and fix problems  
  • Troubleshoot issues, fix defects and respond to client-specific problems  
  • Provide technical guidance to team members through education and coaching  
  • After gathering relevant experience, you will participate in regular on-call technical support shifts as a second line of support if Client Services is not able to solve an urgent issue  

 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or similar technical degree, or work equivalent experience  
  • At least five years of experience in software development of commercial-grade systems and applications using C#   
  • Experience with web development using JavaScript, TypeScript, using modern web frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue)  
  • Ability to develop cloud scalable solutions using Cloud Native Patterns (Azure preferred)  
  • Ability to develop, enhance and troubleshoot cloud DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Harness, LaunchDarkly)   
  • Experience working in an agile software team, including mentoring. feature leadership and for cross-group collaboration  
  • Fluency in English

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.


The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

181 000 and 271 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
