Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.


    As the Engineering Manager for Audit & Behavioral Analytics, you will own and drive the development and evolution of a platform that handles massive amounts of data. The Audit platform captures over 500 million records per day which are used for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML model creation/assessment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product and applied science to ensure the platform meets user needs and aligns with company goals.Job Description and Requirements

    The Engineering Manager is responsible for building and leading an effective engineering team, contributing to the product roadmap, and ensuring accountability and strategic vision. They must manage professional development of their team members and ensure operational excellence by implementing policies and efficient resource utilization. Additionally, they should stay updated on technological trends and serve as an advisor on innovative solutions.

    • Build and lead a highly effective team of software engineers.
    • Promote knowledge-sharing across the team. 
    • Work collaboratively to identify and develop talents within the team.
    • Guide employees on career development and future opportunities. 
    • Implement operational policies and drive process improvements. 


    Align Goals with Strategy

    • Contribute to the product roadmap and bring purpose to the team and their backlog.
    • Maintain responsibility for the strategic vision and long-term goals of your team.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for the product features your team owns.
    • Stay on top of the latest technological progress to ensure marketable and competitive products.
    • Be innovative and think beyond the box when crafting solutions and considering impact.


    Your Skills

    • 2+ years of experience managing software product development teams. 
    • Hands-on programming experience, supported by a strong foundation in data engineering best practices and expertise in high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed system architectures.
    • Strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration.
    • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results. 
    • In depth knowledge of agile product development methodologies. 
    • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communications skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.


    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    252 000 and 378 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
