As the Engineering Manager for Audit & Behavioral Analytics, you will own and drive the development and evolution of a platform that handles massive amounts of data. The Audit platform captures over 500 million records per day which are used for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML model creation/assessment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product and applied science to ensure the platform meets user needs and aligns with company goals.Job Description and Requirements

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
252 000 and 378 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
