The Team

We are a result-oriented team of 40+ top-class players with experience in both traditional Software companies (like Google) and Blockchain projects (like OpenZeppelin). The Tech Team consists of prime engineers with 8+ years of experience each in blockchain and high-throughput distributed systems. Senior Developers at RedStone include PhDs in Computer Science, Cryptography and Mathematics.

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-functional collaboration: Support teams with daily work and processes, connecting the Business Development team with the development team and external partners, ensuring seamless information flow across all stakeholders
2. Service oversight: Monitor and oversee external services to ensure they operate smoothly without disrupting critical payment processes and Oracle data feeds
3. Research & analysis: Prepare comprehensive research reports on market trends, technical solutions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
4. Grant management: Support the team with managing new grants, including application processes, compliance requirements, and progress reporting
5. Documentation management: Maintain and update both internal technical documentation and external client-facing materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility
6. Process optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in both technical and business processes
7. Stakeholder communication: Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners

✅ Essential Requirements

Technical Background

1. 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or high-tech environments
2. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
3. Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
4. Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi protocols (preferred)
5. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Notion, Slack, etc.)

2. Process improvement mindset: Strong capability to identify what's not working and propose solutions for both technical and business processes
