FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (REACT + NODE)

About the Role:

This role is based in Kraków (hybrid model, initially 2 days a week in the office, later as agreed with the PM) and is dedicated to our internal Railwaymen Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver new features with a focus on high code quality

• Fix bugs, upgrade software components, and ensure overall system stability

• Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and consistency within the team

• Integrate software services and connect third-party APIs

• Optimize implemented solutions to ensure performance and scalability

• Prepare and modernize the website from the visual side, ensuring a polished and intuitive user interface

Key Qualifications:

• Min. of 3 years of commercial experience in frontend development

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

• Deep proficiency in the React framework

• Knowledge of backend technologies Node.js

• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS, including preprocessors like SASS

• Good understanding of GIT or other version control systems

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor)

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate strategic thinking

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a business-oriented mindset

• Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate closely with the team

 Nice to Have:

• Experience in working with and consuming APIs

• Knowledge of backend technologies Python/FastAPI

• Knowledge of other frontend frameworks (Vue, Svelte)
