About the role 

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Architect with a strong Java background to design and deliver scalable, modern software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and technical leaders to shape system architecture, technology standards, and engineering best practices.

You will be responsible for designing IT solution architecture aligned with business requirements, creating and maintaining architectural documentation, and supporting development teams during implementation of proposed solutions. The role also includes analyzing and optimizing existing systems and integrations, designing microservices-based architectures, and ensuring architectural consistency as well as compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java development

• Previous experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect

• Strong expertise in:

  • Java 17+

  • Spring Boot / Spring Cloud

  • REST APIs and Microservices Architecture

  • Angular

  • Docker and Kubernetes

  • CI/CD pipelines

  • Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL)

• Solid understanding of software design patterns and distributed systems architecture

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Cloud or architecture-related certifications
