Senior Product Desinger

What do we expect from you?

1. Experience: 4+ years of proven experience.
2. Independence: Ability to work independently and seamlessly within a Product Team.
3. Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for tackling complex problems.
4. Portfolio: Showcase your strengths through an impressive portfolio.
5. Design Expertise: Craft well-thought-out interfaces for web and mobile applications.
6. Communication: Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) and a collaborative spirit. The Polish language is mandatory.
7. Technical proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Figma..
8. Data-Driven Design: Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed design decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Design well-thought-out interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. Conduct UX audits and generate reports.
3. Outline information architecture.
4. Define customer segments.
5. Establish user stories and create low-fi flows based on them.
6. Contribute to best practices for the team (e.g. iOS navigation changes).
7. Develop Design Systems.
