Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision
We are looking for:
(Senior) ServiceNow Platform Administrator
Your future role:
- Provide second level support for ServiceNow Platform modules and functionalities (including but not limited to: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, TPSM, Discovery, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Integrations):
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents,
- Identify problems and log known errors to determine root-cause,
- Manage service requests,
- Participate in change management process for changes.
- Perform day to day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform,
- Resolve functional and technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately,
- Perform failure analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement,
- Maintain ServiceNow support processes,
- Manage system configuration,
- Monitor system scheduled tasks and take actions in case of errors identified,
- Provide documentation on how to use global system,
- Conduct testing for subsequent developments of the application,
- Perform special assignments as requested.
Apply if you have:
- At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field,
- 2+ years of ITSM tool support would be expected (3+ for seniors),
- Experience in configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform,
- Experience working in a support analyst/specialist role for global clients,
- Familiarity with AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and ServiceNow API,
- ITIL and ServiceNow Certifications desirable (Certified ServiceNow Administrator or others),
- Service orientation with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction,
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration capabilities,
- Very good verbal and written communication skills,
- Availability for shift work (start between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.),
- Fluent English (is essential for this job),
- Previous experience in application testing will be considered as an asset.
