As a SAP 2nd-Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis and resolving technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP CPI integration flows, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Your role will also involve supporting release management activities to ensure stability and performance during system updates.

SAP 2nd-Level Support Specialist
Your future role:
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (public cloud will be an advantage) for one or more listed areas: SAP FICO, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, SAC, and/ or SAP SuccessFactors,
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and address recurring problems,
- Collaborate with 1st-Level support and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues,
- Document solutions and workarounds for future reference and knowledge sharing,
- Monitor system performance and propose enhancements to optimize functionality,
- Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure smooth transitions,
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and internal teams,
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP technologies and solutions,
- Ensure all solutions are compatible with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases and updates.
Apply if you have:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA in at least 2 areas: SAP FICO, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, SAC, and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred).
- Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German will be an additional advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
