Performance Test Manager

Your responsibilities:

• You will own and maintain Performance Test baselines for all application stacks and report on deviations on a release-by-release basis.
• You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to create performance test strategies including approach, tooling based on clearly defined non-functional requirements.
• You will assume the planning and execution of performance test cycles, working with delivery and technical teams to identify improvements that will ensure applications meet performance requirements.
• You will guide a performance test team by managing their work on a day-to-day basis always keeping stakeholders and technical teams up to date on progress.
• You will be able to implement and maintain performance testing platforms/frameworks.

We want you to have:

• Understanding of the application & architecture in detail to establish baselines/benchmark metrics of the mixed OnPrem and Cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently and be self supportive.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven ability to query logs, diagnose and correct issues with infrastructure and config.
• Extensive practical experience with JMETER, C# and Java.
• Previous AWS experience (EC2 / RDS / S3 / IAM).
• Strong hands-on experience on API Testing (REST/SOAP via Postman and SoapUI).
