💎 Position: Test Automation Lead Engineer

🚀 Start: ASAP

🧑‍💻 Long-term freelance contract

💰 Rate: 80-100 PLN net/h

🔹 Location: Remote from Poland

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Proven ability to build and manage test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and BDD practices.
• Expertise in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Python, and JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of C# and Java programming.
• Familiarity with database concepts and query languages (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience integrating test automation with test management tools.
• Knowledge of performance test design and implementation.
• Leadership skills to guide and support test automation engineers.
• English at B2+ level for global team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the client's location.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• ISTQB Foundation 
• Experience in Financial industry

Your Role:

• Overseeing and managing test processes within the production team.
• Guiding testers to implement and refine effective testing practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to meet project and client goals.
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining clear communication on progress.
