We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of IT Manager. We are committed to excellence and are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our IT team and ensure the smooth operation of all IT processes, standards, rules, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of 6-8 Full-Time Employees (FTEs) in the Internal IT team
- Ensuring the company has robust IT processes, standards, rules, and policies in place.
- Overseeing all IT operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing IT security, data retention, disaster recovery to protect the company's data and systems.
- Handling more complex technical issues (still to be open for hands on tasks)
- Staying up to date with technologies and coming up with solutions that align with fast- paced growth of the company
- Collaborating with other departments to support their IT needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Developing and implementing IT strategies to support the company's growth and objectives (planning for capacity, budget, …)
- Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Our Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role (preferably in an international company)
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and best practices.
- Current technical knowledge about Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security.
- Experience in managing IT operations and ensuring IT security.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication (ENG min B2+, preferred C1) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
