◆ Responsibilities:
Provide support through a dedicated helpdesk for the Global Private Cloud infrastructure used by development teams,
Triage new and updated requests from other teams, resolving or escalating as needed,
Communicate and coordinate with developers on urgent requests,
Coordinate incident responses,
Monitor and evaluate the health of the cloud platform.
◆ Requirements:
Completed higher education,
Very good spoken and written English (minimum B2),
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
Familiarity with Windows or Linux network operating systems,
At least one year of experience delivering excellent client service in a customer service role,
Curiosity about the inner workings of an international private cloud platform supporting thousands of users.

The recruitment process consists of several stages that allow us to get a better idea of your skills and team fit:
Maths and logic test in English.
Three stage online recruitment interview - HR and 2 technical parts.
Face to face interview with the Manager in our office location in Wrocław.
