Currently we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team, bringing expertise in online marketing products or e-commerce platforms. Key goals and responsibilities
Deliver a consistently exceptional product experience and drive sustainable growth.
Lead the development of our communication products, focusing on user-centric solutions that seamlessly integrate customer engagement technologies and leverage AI for personalization and automation.
Create a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategy driven by data, personalized targeting, and proactive engagement to maximize customer lifetime value. Use AI-powered insights and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization across the entire customer journey.
Voice of customers – conduct continuous product discovery in close collaboration with the UX team, using AI tools for trend analysis, research synthesis, and rapid prototyping to identify emerging opportunities and validate product-market fit.
Translate strategy into pragmatic roadmaps. Turn high-level vision and business goals into actionable roadmaps that guide product development. Leverage AI-assisted ideation and prototyping tools to accelerate concept validation and enhance user feedback loops. Navigate complex discussions with business stakeholders to successfully embed the product strategy across the organization. Establish clear success criteria for product initiatives, fostering a data-driven and AI-supported approach to decision-making that leads to more precise and impactful outcomes.
Foster strong stakeholder partnerships. Maintain and enhance communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of both short-term and long-term product objectives. Balance the drive for AI-driven product innovation with strong collaboration and alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Establish and optimise processes. Proactively contribute to the creation and refinement of processes that support effective product management, focusing on workflow efficiency, performance measurement, and cross-department collaboration. Use AI tools to streamline research, reporting, and discovery documentation, increasing transparency and operational efficiency.
Requirements
1. 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a higher product leadership role.
2. Proven track record as an advocate for a product-driven approach and product mindset, focusing on long-term business goals rather than individual features.
3. Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas:
Developing AI-driven CRM, communication, and guest relationship management products (including AI Agent solutions), ideally within the hospitality or travel tech industry.
Developing hotel distribution-management systems, including channel managers, central reservation systems (CRS), or RMS systems.
Developing Property Management Systems (PMS) focused on the hotel’s operational proficiency.
Developing and managing scalable SaaS platforms that connect multiple products and user types, with a strong focus on security, performance, consistency of user experience, and data management in a multi-tenant environment.
Developing OpenAPI-based ecosystems or marketplaces, enabling external partners and internal teams to build, integrate, and extend platform capabilities.
4. Passionate about leveraging AI to create smarter, more personalized, and continuously improving products and services.
5. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies for market research, user insight generation, and rapid product prototyping.
6. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively prioritise their requirements.
7. Highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation abilities), with the capacity to persuasively present data-driven arguments in both English and Polish (minimum C1 level required in both).
8. Deep understanding of Agile product development processes, including best practices, tools, and metrics for ensuring process effectiveness.
9. Strong passion for creating and continuously improving products and services.

Salary: We offer compensation depending on experience, up to 30,000 PLN net (+ VAT) on a B2B contract or up to 25,000 PLN gross on an employment contract.
