Administrator IT

Your responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch technical support,
• Manage clients' server and network infrastructures,
• Oversee our ticketing system for effective incident and problem management,
• Facilitate smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and service companies,
• Offer advice on selecting the right hardware and software,
• Handle software license management and data backups,
• Set up workstations and system access permissions,
• Deliver IT services directly at client sites.

Our requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Understanding of system components and their performance impact,
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related fields) / or equivalent experience,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions (M365, AD, Azure), Linux systems, and cloud solutions,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Good english language skills (min. B1),
• Polish language fluency is a must :)
• Driver's license category B (on-site visits).
