Role Description

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of Office 365 engineering? As an Office 365 Engineer, you'll be the mastermind behind designing and implementing business solutions using the SharePoint platform. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to craft innovative solutions that address their needs. You'll conduct business analyses, provide operational support for SharePoint Online, and troubleshoot any technical issues that come your way. Plus, you'll support the migration to SharePoint Online and serve as a 2nd/3rd line support for SharePoint solutions. Get ready to automate existing manual processes using PowerShell, Azure Runbooks, and Power Automate!

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in the IT field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing SharePoint Online.
• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating SharePoint sites based on business requirements.
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements, estimating project implementation efforts, and managing project tasks.
• Ability to work independently to deliver solutions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and suggesting viable options.
• Strong hands-on experience in creating SharePoint solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and knowledge of the PnP PowerShell framework.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in migrating SharePoint from on-premises to SharePoint Online, managing other M365 services (Teams, Intune, Power Platform), and ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge.
