Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
- +4 years as Business Analyst in banking preferably in the financial sector
- Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills
- Being are able to work independently as well as in a team and can easily obtain new and complex knowledge
- Being able to challenge stakeholders and provide solid argumentation with humbleness
- Being motivated by working in an Agile and fast-pace environment
- Being able to work independently by managing your own work priorities with a supporting and “can do” mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Good knowledge of online working tools (Ms Teams, MIRO)
- Strong project management skills and can be involved in multiple initiatives simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding and translating customer needs into stories, acting as a bridge between the business and the development team
- Documenting and analysing the customer and stakeholders requirements
- Hosting and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders
- Participating in the planning and execution of review and Testing of new features and deployed solutions
- Defining solution scope and requirements that meet business needs, goals, or objectives along with your Product Owner an squad
