SAP Logistics Consultant for Support

Responsibilities and tasks

• 2nd level support for SAP users in various countries (Ticket based)

• 3rd level support for SAP for proaxia products

• Finding solutions for various challenging incidents

• Regular data analysis and reporting

• Creating solutions for clients’ needs

• Maintaining the customer relationship for support topics

Your profile

• Knowledge and experience in SAP Logistics modules

• Fluent in English & Polish, spoken and written

• Experience as SAP Consultant or SAP Supporter

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes

• Open mind and focused on excellent customer service

• Confident communication skills and team oriented approach

• Accuracy and attention to details
