Lead Python AI\ML Developer

We are looking for an active and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team as a Lead Python Developer.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience with Python
2. Experience and running in production agentic and multi-agent workflows engines, such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar
3. Experience working with LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex or similar
4. Experience advanced RAG techniques (GraphRag, MemoRAG, Reranking or similar) Experience with LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral AI or similar
5. English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)

Nice to have:

1. Excellent understanding of both NoSQL and SQL databases
2. Experience with AWS (or similar services like GCP or Azure)
3. Strong Software Design knowledge, SOLID principles
4. Experience with JavaScript
5. Experience with modern backend frameworks Node.js or Express.js
6. Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or similar)
7. Experience with Streamlit for building UI
8. Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence / Cognitive Services or AWS Sagemaker and Textract
9. Knowledge of Agile (preferably SCRUM) development practices

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in introducing new technologies to promote innovation
2. Collaborate with Project Managers to solve customer problems
3. Design and implement Python microservices working with AI / ML / LLM libraries
