"Perfect match" requirements:

✅ At least 3 years of experience in frontend development

✅ Proficiency in PHP

✅ Strong experience in Twig

✅ Strong attention to detail and analytic mind. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ English C1/C2

✅ Candidates: only from Poland

We're working on a legacy B2B sales platform, built with Symfony 4.4, and... let’s just say it’s not the prettiest code in the world. Think: spaghetti code, no design patterns, multi-responsibility files, big "if" trees, and a need for refactoring. 😅

But! That’s also what makes this project exciting — we’ve got the chance to really improve it. There’s a solid foundation, it works, it’s live, and it supports both direct sales and Allegro integration. Your role would be a mix of maintenance, feature development, and clean-up/refactor work.

What to expect:

You’ll mostly be doing backend work, but we’d love someone who’s comfortable touching the frontend too when needed. It’s a long-term project, and we’re looking for someone available for the full time position. So it’s a great fit if you’re looking for steady, part-time work with a lot of technical ownership. We value good self-organization and teamwork.

Here is what the recruitment process looks like:

1. Contacting candidates - Our HR team begins the recruitment process with the selection of CVs of candidates who meet certain criteria. We will give you a call and at this stage, we'll ask you some soft questions. 

2. Technical interview - It's time to get down to business. We will set up a meeting to get to know each other better and ask you questions about your experience.

3. Client interview 

4. Offer - Of course, there will also be time for negotiations, but we will definitely get along.
