Solution Architect

At Pretius we are looking for Solution Architect to a project in the financial industry, international team.

This role combines deep technical and tax knowledge with strong client engagement and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring seamless implementation of automation solutions that drive efficiency and compliance.

Location: remote

Salary: 160-190 pln netto/h

Project / Role

• Engage with clients to understand their tax and compliance challenges and translate them into automation solutions

• Develop and implement end-to-end software architecture solutions, working closely with the development team to create comprehensive solution designs that meet business requirements and ensure system scalability and performance

• Lead workshops and discussions with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and transformation

• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and consultants to ensure successful solution delivery

• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and showcasing solution capabilities

Requirements

• Strong background in technology, automation, or process transformation

• Experience in designing software solution and end-to-end architecture design

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and understand business needs from both a technical and strategic perspective

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex tax challenges into structured automation solutions

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience in pre-sales, proposal development, or business development is a plus
