Product Owner / Business Analyst

At Pretius, we are looking for Product Owner / Business Analyst to a project for global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries.

Project / Role

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders

• Preparation of business requirements and approval of technical specifications

• Defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value

• Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria

• Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries

• Facilitating communication and interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers

• Monitoring product KPIs and proposing data-driven improvements

• Managing the product lifecycle from conception to release

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis

• Strong capacity in preparing and writing clear, structured business requirements documents

• Good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams)

• Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or equivalent notation standards

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira)

• Fluent in English (C1)

• Experience in the regulated gaming industry

• Certification in Agile methodology (e.g., SAFe PO, CSPO, PMI-ACP)
