Product Manager

At Pretius we are looking for Product Manager to collaborate with development teams delivering projects in the financial industry.

Project / Role

• Lead the requirements gathering process with both internal and external users.

• Own and manage the product backlog, including creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize product initiatives within the agreed scope and project assumptions.

• Act as the main point of contact for Engineering, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.

• Coordinate user testing activities and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.

• Monitor development progress, delivery quality, and key product adoption KPIs.

• Prepare materials for product reviews and decision-making meetings.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital products in Agile environments (backlog ownership, sprint planning, requirements definition).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with Engineering, QA, and UX teams.

• Ability to operate in AI- or data-driven environments.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Transfer Pricing (TP), tax technologies, or compliance-driven environments.
