The IT Project Manager – Architectural Coatings EMEA is a high-impact role responsible for driving the successful execution of analytics and reporting projects across PPG AC EMEA. This individual will manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
📋Independently manage multiple analytics and reporting projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
📋Apply best practices in project management to oversee scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality
📋Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and proactively addressing challenges
📋Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
📋Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
📋Ensure accountability for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
📋Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and facilitating knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
✅Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
✅Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong grasp of current methodologies and tools
✅Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in international and multicultural environments
✅Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and drive results
✅Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver business value
✅Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
✅Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is preferred
