For our client we are looking for Digital & Web Analytics Consultant / Developer - Location: Poland (working EST US hours)
A leading organization is seeking 2–4 experienced consultants to support its expanding digital marketing and analytics operations. The selected vendor will work closely with the internal analytics team and take ownership of web analytics tracking implementations—primarily via Adobe Launch—as part of a migration to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. The role also includes managing third-party vendor tags and delivering actionable reporting in Adobe and Tableau.
🎯 Project Scope & Responsibilities:
Assist demand generation teams with reporting and third-party tracking across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Epsilon.
Implement and maintain Adobe CJA and Analytics scripts, variables, and integrations using Adobe Launch.
Rapidly onboard and integrate new ad-tech and MarTech vendors (e.g., 6sense, Adobe Target).
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, and Tableau.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through QA processes, automation scripts, and outage detection.
Conduct full QA cycles including UAT, data validation, and reporting verification.
Perform ad-hoc analyses using Adobe CJA, Snowflake, Tableau, and related tools.
Maintain integration with OneTrust to ensure analytics tags are deployed only after proper visitor consent.
Advise on GDPR and privacy best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Collaborate within Agile teams and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale web analytics using tools such as Adobe CJA, Adobe Analytics, Launch, Target, GA, GTM, Tealium, and Snowplow.
Proven experience migrating from Adobe Analytics to Adobe CJA and transitioning from app measurement to Web SDK.
Familiarity with major advertising platforms: Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Epsilon.
Strong skills in dashboard/report creation in Adobe and Tableau.
Experience with hit-level and customer-level data analysis.
Hands-on experience with Event Driven DataLayer development.
Experience with consent-based tag deployment (OneTrust).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL.
Understanding of cookies, server calls, link tracking, identity management.
Ability to work independently across all phases of analytics implementation.
Strong communication and project management skills.
💡 Preferred Skills:
Experience with automation scripting/testing for data accuracy and outage monitoring.
Advanced analytics/reporting pipeline development using JavaScript, SQL, Python.
