    Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

    • Accountable for planning and executing delivery on time, within budget, and with expected quality
    • Tracking delivery progress, identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks
    • Building and managing successful project teams, including provider-client blended teams
    • Ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work
    • Facilitating effective communication between team members and clients
    • Maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality in management


    Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management positions
    • Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
    • Experience in managing both small and large-scale IT projects
    • Self-reliance, independence, and ability to make decisions
    • Strong sense of ownership and drive for team’s success
    • Good command of both spoken and written English

    Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

    • PSM and/or PMP certification
