Full-stack Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a developer, who is ready to take a big role in a promising start-up. The company aims to revolutionize the food industry from producers to consumers. First, you would be working as a consultant, but later there's even a possibility to become a permanent member of the founding team and get equity in the startup, if everything goes great.

Must-have:

• a minimum of 7 years of professional experience

• strong expertise in Ruby on Rails.

• expertise in front-end technologies 

• proactive attitude of finding solutions and pushing the startup further

• ready to take a leading role in a small team and do hands-on coding

  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience with relevant tools 

• Experience in international projects

• other popular front-end or back-end technologies

Fluent English skills will be necessary for the position, cause we’re working only with Nordic and international clients. We have an office in the center of Łódź. You are free to work from the office or pretty much fully remote as long as you are ready to visit the colleagues a few times a year. You need to however live in Poland.

Salary: 20.000 - 27.500 + VAT (B2B) per month, depending on your experience.
