PHP Full Stack Developer

About the project

As a PHP Full Stack Developer in our Polish facility, you are both part of a very dedicated international IT team facilitating our company and customers, and part of a very professional production facility where all the magic happens.

You will be delivering new functionalities for many departments to innovate and optimize their processes. You will work closely with Engineering, Logistics, Production, Art and of course your IT colleagues.

Your responsibilities

• Business support and alignment: You meet with business owners to discuss potential improvements.
• Analysis: You analyze requests and explore possibilities with the requester.
• Development: You develop the requested change or coordinate with our external partner to implement the change.
• Testing: You handle technical testing and coordinate with business owners to ensure they perform functional and acceptance testing.
• Delivery: You ensure that new features are deployed in a standardized way with as little production impact as possible.
• Incident management: You manage incidents in your domain, coordinating, communicating and following up.
• Daily checks: You ensure that all relevant systems are running smoothly.
• IT architecture: You collaborate with other IT units where systems overlap or interact.
• Product evolution: You focus on optimizing the application(s) and driving evolution within the IT architecture.

Our requirements

• Demonstrable and proven knowledge in working as full stack developer
• Excellent knowledge of querying (preferably SQL)
• Experience in datamodeling as part of application development
• Preferred experience in the techniques indicated in the advertisement
• Willingness to work occasionally outside regular office hours (e.g. Maintenance Window and prio 0 incidents)
• Proactive attitude, self-starter, team player
• Working closely with colleagues in Europe (mainly Netherlands and United Kingdom)
• Excellent command of English and Polish
