Technical Support Team Lead
Your main tasks on daily would be:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team
- Be a host on the support workspace
- Take care of the quality and timely communication
- Troubleshoot daily cases using available resources
- Self-educate in discovering our product
- Grow Teams performance and develop Agents
- Discover training needs and manage them
- Strengthen the communication between Technical Support Team and other departments
- Take an active part in building and modifying processes and support tools
- Listen to Agents feedback and resolve issues or conflicts
- Handle of escalations in written and verbal form, manage critical situations
Required skills:
- Team management experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience within contact center environment as a supervisor/team leader
- Experience within technical support or customer service
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
- Good time-management skills, ability to work in high pressure environments with deadlines
- Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly
