Hello,
We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)
People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Tripwire Implementation Expert.
Your duties will include:
- Monitor critical application files and directories, including operating system files, application system files, shared directories, and administrator access, to detect abnormal activity.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of critical system resources.
- Help protect sensitive data, maintain system stability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Detect potential security threats, such as unauthorized access attempts or malware, and enable rapid intervention to minimize damage.
- Expand monitoring coverage by including applications whose files are not currently monitored by Tripwire, based on their criticality.
- Perform routine monitoring of critical applications to detect and report abnormal activity.
- Define methods and processes for monitoring critical files and directories.
- Document and publish approved work instructions for the File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) application.
Requirements that must be met:
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Tripwire FIM agents on servers and databases across the organization.
- Proficiency in configuring Tripwire policies and exclusions to optimize monitoring efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and assess Tripwire alerts and incidents.
- Experience in upgrading Tripwire agents to newer versions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tripwire errors on nodes.
- Expertise in monitoring critical alerts and ServiceNow tickets for unauthorized server changes.
- Ability to escalate suspicious or unauthorized server changes for further investigation.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and escalation procedures.
- Experience in fine-tuning Tripwire policies to minimize false positives.
- Knowledge of data security regulations and compliance policies to mitigate security risks.
- Experience in managing security tools, including policy configuration and software updates.
- Ability to monitor and respond to alerts generated by Tripwire.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with business units and help identify, classify, and secure high-value data.
- Experience in implementing proactive security measures to improve data protection and monitoring accuracy.
- Ability to create, review, maintain, and update remediation documentation in a central knowledge database.
- Experience in generating change requests and integrating new nodes into Tripwire.
- Ability to work with global teams to ensure standardized security processes and solutions.
- Responsible for generating Tripwire activity reports and diagrams for management analysis.
- Very good English and Polish
What we offer:
- We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
- Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates. We used to be software developers, too, and we appreciate that job!
- A small team
- An international working environment and international projects
- Private medical care
- Sports card
- Training courses
- Work that is 100% remote (unless you prefer another system)
We have an office in Krakow, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. Over the next few months, we plan to continue working this way. After that, you decide according to what you prefer. We are OK with fully remote work. For us, you can be located anywhere. :)
