We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Technical Business Analyst / System Integrator.
Your duties will include:
Technical and functional support for the upcoming release upgrade
Initial preparation for a long-term migration to Azure
Support in testing (e.g., writing and evaluating test cases)
Adapting customizations (e.g., screening)
Gathering and assessing release requirements
Managing communication with the external vendor (Ortec) in English
Requirements that must be met:
Several years of experience in similar roles with responsibilities such as:
Release management
Testing (writing and evaluating test cases)
Clear, detail-oriented communication with vendors
Technical support during system upgrades
Proven experience with Ortec Pearl, particularly in release processes (mandatory)
General understanding of performance measurement systems
Azure knowledge required
Ideally experience in EAI, database concepts, and version control systems (VCS)
Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
German is a plus

After a 2–3 week onboarding period at the client site in Frankfurt, the work will be 100% remote.
We have an office in Krakow, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. Over the next few months, we plan to continue working this way. After that, you decide according to what you prefer. We are OK with fully remote work. For us, you can be located anywhere. :)
