Tech Lead / Architect (.Net Core / Python)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Tech Lead / Architect (.Net Core / Python).

Your duties will include:

• Designing and overseeing application architecture based on microservices and event-driven principles

• Providing technical leadership and support to the development team

• Collaborating closely with product and DevOps teams

• Hands-on contribution to code and architectural decisions

• Working on production-ready, real-world systems (not early-stage startups or prototypes)

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer

• Architectural experience in production-grade cloud/microservices projects

• Strong experience with .NET Core and Python

• Ability to write and maintain automated tests

• Solid understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, and REST architecture

• Commercial experience with relational and non-relational databases

• Adherence to Clean Code principles and SOLID design patterns

• Proficiency with Docker and the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model

• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture

• Strong leadership skills

• Very good English and Polish

• Willingness to join a project planned for 3 to 6 months
