Solutions Architect (Blockchain)

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Solutions Architect (Blockchain).

Your duties will include:

• Design, implement, and manage blockchain solutions with a focus on permissioned platforms.
• Optimize security and networking configurations to meet client needs.
• Deep understanding of both public and private blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Corda).
• Collaborate with internal teams and client IT departments to define architectures and workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Provide guidance on solution design and technical implementation.
• Architect and deploy blockchain solutions (e.g., CBDC, Digital Assets) on AWS, Azure, or On-Prem environments.
• Emphasize security in architecture and deployment.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation (HLDs, LLDs).
• Lead blockchain application development and integration with existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews and define software development best practices.
• Stay current on blockchain trends and assess new tools for adoption.
• Create and present PoCs to showcase blockchain capabilities.
• Advise clients on production-readiness, performance testing, and disaster recovery.
• Represent customer interests to influence R3’s product development.

Requirements that must be met:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-grade solution architecture and software engineering.
• Expertise in both permissioned (e.g., R3 Corda) and public (e.g., Ethereum) blockchain platforms.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Go, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with enterprise system integration and API usage.
• AWS or Azure cloud experience (Architect-level certification preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Blockchain certifications (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer, Certified Corda Developer) are a plus.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Commercial enterprise software development and deployment experience.
• Solid understanding of DLT and blockchain technologies.
• Eagerness to learn and tackle complex problems.
• Strong leadership skills
• Very good English and Polish
