Solution Architect (SAP & Azure)

As an experienced Solution Architect, you will bring structure and vision to a complex system world. You will help us to transform our diverse application landscape - from on-premise via SaaS up to cloud platforms - into a future-proof architecture.

You will:

• Shape the future of our application landscape in the financial sector - modern, scalable and secure.
• Make a strategic and tactical contribution with your deep understanding of the financial business and your sound SAP expertise in the Customer Center of Experience (CCoE).
• Use your creative freedom in an international, innovation-driven environment.

Your ideal background and skillset  

• Proven experience in IT and solution architecture as well as in complex system landscapes.
• Sound knowledge of modern application architectures, SaaS and cloud platforms (ideally Azure).
• Very good understanding of SAP architectures.
• Very good understanding of BI platforms, especially SAS, as well as sound knowledge in the application of modern Azure BI solutions (MS Fabric).
• You understand regulatory requirements in the financial sector and can communicate at eye level with specialist departments.
• You bring together technical and business perspectives and use them to develop resilient architecture decisions.
• You can present complex interrelationships in an audience-oriented manner and develop roadmaps that make the business value visible.
• Very good language skills in English (German is a strong plus).
• You are willing to travel to Basel, Switzerland for 3-4 days every two months.

• 15 min phone interview with our recruiter 
• 40 min video interview with Lead Architect and Line Manager
• 2-3h hour video interview including case study, peer interaction and stakeholder interview
