Solution Architect

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Solution Architect.

Your duties will include:

• Designing and implementing on-premises and hybrid cloud architectures
• Building and maintaining Kubernetes-based solutions and container orchestration
• Collaborating with DevOps, system administrators, and developers
• Automating deployment and scaling processes
• Ensuring security and high availability of systems
• Providing technical guidance and selecting the best solutions for projects

Requirements that must be met:

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Architect 
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
• Experience in Linux system administration and on-premises infrastructure
• Understanding of networking, load balancing, and storage solutions
• Hands-on experience with Terraform / Ansible / CI/CD automation
• Solid knowledge of IT security best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good Polish
• English - nice to have
