Senior Software Engineer

For the project that we are working on with our Partner, we are looking for Senior Software Engineer.

Your duties will include:

• You will work on real, impactful robotics challenges

• Designing modular and scalable control systems for robots working across multiple customer use cases

• Using data to create heuristics that help robots handle different types of items

• Developing anomaly detection logic to identify incorrect picks or object disassembly events

• Working on smart placement algorithms — think real‑world Tetris with physical objects

• Building interfaces and APIs that integrate robots with warehouse management systems

• You’ll test your work not only in simulations — but on real robots

Requirements that must be met:

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Proven technical leadership and ownership capability

• Strong problem‑solving skills and proficiency in at least one modern programming language (we use Python)

• Experience designing complex, multi‑layered systems

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
