Senior Java Application Architect

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Java Application Architect

Your duties will include:

• Design and define the architecture of enterprise Java applications.

• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best development practices.

• Collaborate closely with development teams on implementation, integration, and optimization.

• Analyze and improve performance of existing applications (JPA/Hibernate, Spring).

• Design and oversee the implementation of microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Work with DevOps teams to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Contribute to long-term architectural vision and roadmap in collaboration with the CTO.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements that must be met:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development

• Proven expertise in Java Persistence API (JPA) and Hibernate

• Strong architectural design skills for enterprise-level applications

• Experience with performance optimization and scalability of Java applications

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

• Experience with Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.

• Strong leadership skills

• Very good English
