Senior Developer (FIS Systematics GN )

We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Developer (FIS Systematics GN )

Your duties will include:

• Develop and maintain applications within the FIS Systematics GN environment, including custom modules and new applications (e.g. ADS)

• Deliver enhancements and support for STM-related functionalities in core banking systems

• Work with COBOL and Assembler on IBM Mainframe (Z/OS)

• Integrate solutions using CICS, MVS, MQ, and JSON APIs

• Support and optimize file transfers using :Direct and FTP tools

• Cooperate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, testers and operations teams

• Participate in system analysis, design reviews, and performance optimization

• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements that must be met:

• Expert-level COBOL development skills

• Solid knowledge of Assembly language

• Strong understanding of CICS, MVS, Z/OS environments

• Hands-on experience with Systematics STM / GN modules, including new applications like ADS

• Proven experience in working with API/JSON formats and IBM MQ integration

• Good knowledge of Connect:Direct and FTP for secure data transfers

• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize legacy system behavior

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams

• Very good English and Polish
