Python Developer

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Python Developer.

Your duties will include:

• Developing software for real robots solving real operational problems

• Designing scalable, maintainable control architectures adaptable to multiple customer scenarios

• Creating data-driven logic and heuristics that allow robots to handle diverse objects and conditions

• Implementing anomaly detection mechanisms to spot incorrect picks, failures, or unexpected object behavior

• Building intelligent placement and packing algorithms — a physical-world optimization challenge

• Developing APIs and interfaces that connect robotic systems with warehouse management and enterprise systems

• Validating solutions not only in simulation, but directly on physical robotic platforms

Requirements that must be met:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and solid Python expertise

• Experience designing complex, layered software systems

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts

• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Background in automation, robotics, or AI-driven systems

• Experience applying machine learning or intelligent decision-making in production environments

• Strong sense of ownership and proven technical leadership
