Project Manager ( PRINCE2 Practitioner or AgilePM Practitioner Certificates)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Project Manager.

Your duties will include:

• Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and execution to delivery and closure

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners

• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards

• Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Manage

• Valid PRINCE2 Practitioner or AgilePM Practitioner certification held for at least 2 years

• Proven experience in at least two IT projects, each with a budget of minimum PLN 500,000 gross

• Hands-on experience with project methodologies such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, or SAFe

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

• Strong leadership skills

• Very good English and Polish
