Job description

Hello,We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Project Manager (relocation to Hradec Králové, Czech), project for 12 - 16 months.


Your duties will include:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of a new website environment

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

  • Coordinate and oversee the migration of content, data, and functionality from the current website to the new platform

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to migration, integration, and deployment

  • Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and user experience

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations

  • Conduct post-launch reviews

 

Requirements that must be met:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in website implementation and migration projects

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Sitecore, etc.)

  • Experience with web technologies, hosting environments, and SEO best practices

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives

  • Technical background or experience working closely with development teams

  • Very good Czech and English (min. C1)
