Pega Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Pega Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager.

Your duties will include: 

• Facilitate workshops to capture business goals, customer journeys, and personalization needs

• Document functional requirements including eligibility, suitability, engagement policies, arbitration outcomes, and treatment logic

• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

• Partner with architects to define CDH action structures, strategy logic, and data requirements

• Produce functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and interface designs

• Validate proposed solutions with business and technology stakeholders

• Develop UAT plans, scenarios, and test data aligned with business rules

• Support testers and business users during acceptance testing

• Facilitate issue triage and requirement refinements

• Maintain requirements traceability and post-implementation reference materials

• Provide functional support for production issues and enhancements

Requirements that must be met:

• 5–8 years of business analysis experience in technology or CRM/MarTech environments

• Strong experience documenting functional requirements and process flows

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and user-centered design

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Fluent German and English 

• Experience with Pega CDH or other decisioning/marketing platforms - nice to have

• SQL knowledge helpful
