OpenText VIM Solution Architect

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for OpenText VIM Solution Architect.

Your duties will include: 

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for OpenText VIM implementations and upgrades, including integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems.

• Lead technical and functional design sessions to align business requirements with best-practice VIM configurations and customizations.

• Develop solution blueprints and architecture documentation, covering OCR, ICC, Business Center, ArchiveLink, and integration components.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients and internal stakeholders on OpenText VIM capabilities, roadmap, and implementation approach.

• Guide technical consultants in system configuration, workflow design, ABAP development, and OpenText enhancements.

• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Support pre-sales efforts, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.

• Act as the escalation point for technical issues and lead troubleshooting and resolution strategies.

• Stay abreast of OpenText and SAP innovations, advocating continuous improvement and technology adoption. 

Requirements that must be met

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience with SAP and OpenText platforms, including 4+ years as a solution architect or lead consultant in VIM projects.

• Expertise in OpenText VIM core components: ICC/Business Center, ArchiveLink, OCR, and SAP integration.

• Deep understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Strong knowledge of SAP workflow, ABAP enhancements, and BAPI/BADI architecture.

• Proven experience designing and delivering VIM solutions in S/4HANA environments .

• Very good English and Polish
