Microsoft 365 Engineer (Relocation – Luxembourg )

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Microsoft 365 Engineer  (Relocation – Luxembourg).

Your duties will include: 

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform).

• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including user accounts, licensing, role-based access control, and security groups.

• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards (retention, DLP, access control).

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support integrations.

• Automate processes using PowerShell and Power Automate.

• Contribute to documentation, deployment planning, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Requirements that must be met:

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and solution implementation in enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge in at least one area:

  Collaboration & Communication

  Identity & Access Management

  Endpoint Management

  Information Protection & Governance

• Experience with hybrid environments (Active Directory, Exchange).

• PowerShell scripting skills.

• Good understanding of security, networking, and system integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

• Very good English

• Willingness to work from the client's office in Luxembourg
