IT System Analyst (hybrid in Warsaw)

For the project that we are working on with our Partner, we are looking for IT System Analyst.

Your duties will include:

• Participation in IT system implementation projects, including analysis, configuration, and system integrations

• Close cooperation with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and business stakeholders

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements

• Supporting the design and implementation of system solutions

• Coordinating activities related to system integrations

• Participation in testing and post-implementation support

Requirements that must be met:

• Proven experience in IT system implementation projects

• Practical knowledge of system configuration and integrations

• Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams

• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

• Ready for hybrid working – Warsaw

• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience in HR systems implementation

• Knowledge of HR processes and HRIS solutions
