Implementation Specialist / SCM Developer

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Implementation Specialist / SCM Developer.

Your duties will include:

• Participate in technical SCM system implementations in international telecom projects

• Support deployment environments – launching applications, checking status, analyzing logs and system behavior

• Conduct functional tests and system simulations using dedicated tools

• Collaborate with project teams, R&D, and clients to analyze and diagnose issues

• Monitor data flow between system components (e.g., BSS, CRM, IoT) and analyze errors or inconsistencies

• Gather and organize knowledge about SCM system operation and configuration to support future deployments

• Assist in preparing technical documentation, checklists, and best practices for other implementation teams

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience with server systems and deployment applications in IT or TELCO environments

• Ability to diagnose issues in test or deployment environments (e.g., log analysis, system monitoring, network tools)

• Basic knowledge of computer networks and communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, Diameter, Radius, 5G)

• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from technical data

• Understanding of IT system integration and data flows between components (experience with BSS, CRM, or IoT systems is a plus)

• Higher education, preferably technical (e.g., IT, telecommunications, electronics)

• Willingness to learn the SCM system and develop configuration skills

• Ability to perform functional tests and simulate system behavior using available tools

• Very good command of English and Polish (min. B2) – work in an international team

• Communication skills, independence, and readiness to collaborate closely with R&D and Delivery teams
