Business Analyst - German speaking

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Business Analyst - German speaking.

Your duties will include:

• Analyze project documentation and client requirements (German-speaking client)

• Conduct meetings with the client and technical team

• Customize and enhance the company’s core product to align with the specific requirements

• Create analytical documentation (user stories, BPMN, UML)

• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, and QA teams

• Participate in international projects – daily communication in German and English

• Conduct all project-related activities entirely in German, including communication, documentation, and client workshops.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Ability to work with technical documentation and lead client discussions

• Proven experience in customizing and enhancing core products to meet client-specific needs

• Proactive mindset and readiness for quick onboarding – the project requires a fast start

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively.

• Fluent German (C1 level)

• Very good English (B2 level or higher)

• Polish language - is a plus
