Backend Lead Developer

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Backend Lead Developer.

Your duties will include:

Leading backend development and architectural transformation of scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms using microservices and modern engineering practices. While not directly responsible for DevOps or CI/CD ownership, the role requires strong practical experience and close collaboration with DevOps specialists to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and operational excellence.

Requirements that must be met:

•  Minimum of 5 years' practical experience in Node.js (Nest.js)

•  Minimum 2 years' practical expereince in Java (Spring boot)

•  Experience with Keycloak, OAuth and PostgreSQL

Have a practical understanding of the following topics:

•  Systems architecture

•  Platform/application separation

•  Microservices

•  Dockerisation and orchestration (our DevOps team deal with these on a daily basis, so you must understand them and be able to collaborate with the team)

•  CI/CD 

•  Cloud and on-premises deployments 

•  Best programming practices, security, etc

Demonstrate:

•  Very good English and Polish

•  Good communication skills

•  Ability to clearly describe and outline architectural concepts.

•  Good team collaboration and leadership experience.
