The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Backend Architect (.Net / Azure).
Your duties will include:
Designing and actively implementing (hands-on) backend architectures for systems based on .NET Core and Python
Providing hands-on architectural support in frontend architecture (experience with frontend frameworks is a plus)
Defining and enforcing standards and best practices related to code quality, security, and performance
Hands-on co-creation and development of microservices architecture (Kubernetes) and Event-Driven Architecture
Selecting and implementing technologies and tools supporting system development in public cloud environments (Azure)
Working closely with development teams in a hands-on capacity on the design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of backend services
Supporting teams in solving complex technical and infrastructure challenges, including direct technical involvement
Creating and maintaining architectural documentation aligned with implemented solutions
Requirements that must be met:
Minimum 10 years of experience in backend development, including at least 4 years as a Hands-on Architect or Tech Lead
Very good knowledge of .NET Core, with proven hands-on production experience
Commercial, hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable microservices and Event-Driven systems, successfully deployed to production
Strong, practical experience with Azure, Kubernetes, messaging queues, and cloud-native tooling
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems, combined with real implementation experience
Experience working with highly scalable applications and environments
Very good English and Polish
