AI Expert (GenAI / Agentic AI / LLM)

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for AI Expert (GenAI / Agentic AI / LLM).

Your duties will include:

• Creating, developing, and maintaining reusable AI patterns for development teams

• Supporting projects built in Mendix 11 with GenAI and Agentic AI integrations

• Providing technical guidance on how, when, and why to apply AI in a platform environment

• Assessing feasibility of AI ideas and translating them into structured solution conceptsDesigning AI-based flows, scenarios, and high-level

• Designing AI-based flows, scenarios, and high-level architectures

• Evaluating the real business value of AI implementations

• Documenting best practices and AI usage standards

Requirements that must be met:

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of:

  • Generative AI (GenAI)

  • Agentic AI

  • LLMs and their practical applications

• Understanding of AI architecture, model behavior, limitations, and best practices

• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into actionable solutions for developers

• Experience designing AI flows, integration concepts, and solution architectures

• 3–5+ years of experience working with AI (implementations, integrations, projects)

• High level of independence and ability to build AI foundations from scratch

• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with Mendix 11 as an implementation environment

• Product or platform-level experience
