We are looking for a Senior UX Designer for our e-commerce area who will help us optimize purchasing paths, set new development directions, and take care of the entire purchasing process, from interacting with us to delivering the package to the customer.
A data-driven person knows how to conclude and has a lot of empathy. In your daily work, you will work with a Product Designer and Product Manager.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce projects (solid portfolio showing your UX process and how it impacted the product)
- Deep knowledge of analytics and research methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies for user research.
- Solid experience in creating concepts, wireframes, storyboards, user and process flows.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively, effectively, and collaboratively
- Ability to present designs and influence solutions to various stakeholders
- Performance-oriented design by achieving key performance metrics (CA, CTR, etc.).
- Experience designing interfaces for user growth
- Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns
- Expert knowledge in product design frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in working with design systems
- Experience in Fullstory & Amplitude
Responsibilities:
- Creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Supervising the overall user experience
- Creating original concepts that are kept simple and user-friendly based on user needs, strategy and technological constraints.
- Presenting solutions to stakeholders, PMs, developers and other designers
- Conducting usability testing, data analysis and synthesis of insights.
- Guiding and coaching other designers and non-designers to uplift their design thinking capabilities
- Maintaining project documentation (as well as writing documentation of component behavior)
